Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Each piece is individually made-to-order and will require 4 – 8 weeks to complete, with the exception of our ready-to-ship collection. For pieces that are ready-to-ship, please allow a 2 – 5 day processing window.

EMBLM does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or federally observed holidays.
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING 
Domestic orders over $1,00 ship for free via UPS insured ground. Orders under $1,000 ship for $10 via UPS or USPS. 
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ship for $35 via UPS insured ground. 
For security purposes, we require a signature upon delivery for orders over $1,000 unless otherwise requested. Please ensure an adult will be present and able to sign for the package to verify its delivery. Please note that shipping insurance is active until the package is delivered and signed for.
  
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders ship for $75 via UPS insured air. 
For security purposes, we require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested. Please ensure an adult will be present and able to sign for the package to verify its delivery. Please note that shipping insurance is active until the package is delivered and signed for.
The customer is responsible for any and all duties and taxes incurred upon arrival within the destination country. Processing time in customs is out of our control.
